If you coined it, you didn't do it in writing on CB. A simple word search on CB has betrayed you. This is the earliest non-Arab use of "mullah" on CB:

Goatnapper even received a compliment from Indy for coining the phrase, and you acknowledged your gratitude at being referred to by goat.

As there appears to be no other credible evidence regarding the coinage of the term, it appears that goatnapper wins.

I agree goat made it famous, however I think I was the first to ever use it. However, like so many things in the life, the person that makes it famous gets the credit.
