She ranted that the allegations of affairs were simply the ramblings of a Right Wing Conspiracy, when in fact she knew or reasonably should have known otherwise given his history of philandering.

She has a history of treating other people badly, based on reasonably good information from Arkansas.

She has a negative aura.

She has politics at the opposite end of the spectrum from me.

She rants against the wealthy, yet her position in the spotlight has made her enormously wealthy.

She appears to be a true believer in socialism, starting back during the Watergate era. True believers are easy to detest, much easier because they tend to be inflexible and unyielding in light of popular opinion.

I could go on and on.

Archaea, often the voice of reason, cites “she has a negative aura” as a reason to hate a person. Unbelievable.

What evidence do you have that she is “conniving, power hungry, and in it just for herself? Like most of your points, this is based solely on impressions and gut feelings, and has little to do with actual documentable fact. After reading many thoughtful, objective posts of yours in the Religion section, I'm surprised that your political views with respect to Hillary are so wishy-washy.

Also, she never ranted against the wealthy. C'mon Archaea. She simply has a political stance that is less favorable for the wealthy. She hasn't ranted against the wealty. Typical GOP spin.

AGAIN THOUGH, MANY OTHER DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES SHARE SIMILAR POLITICS, BUT FEW ARE ON THE RECEIVING END OF AS MUCH VENOM. I just think it strange.

iPU - I'm not trying to defend her, or encourage others to like her for any particular reason. I just don't understand the hate. Just mention her name in a social setting, and people's heads nearly explode. She is the one who bears the brunt of all the anti-liberal ire, not Obama or Edwards.

Also, to completely vilify an individual is usually a short sighted, overly simplistic, myopian view. Any objective person will readily admit that there are a hundred reasons to like Mrs. Clinton, just as there are a hundred reasons to like all the other candidates, even if you disagree with their respective politics. I promise you, she's not Satan.

Do you consider yourself objective? If so, give me a reason to like her.

Mrs. Clinton bears the brunt of anti-liberal ire because she brings it upon herself. She acts like she is entitled to the Dem nomination and when she lost in Iowa, she turned on the tears in order to win NH. If that isn't an example of being in it for herself, then I don't know what is.

She may not be Satan, but she isn't the Savior either.

There are some things in life where not a lot of explanation or rational is needed nor is any further explanation warranted or needed.....where some things like Billary being a bitchmonger from hell just is.

It just is.

Her approach to politics based on my personal observation. At the time Clinton was in office, I was active at a minor level in lobbying. My observations are on demeanor and some personal contact.

It appears she has been gaming for this position for long time. She interned during Watergate. She's been politiking forever. Thus the long range plan appears to be one of power hungry maniacal person.

Hate is an emotional and inherently irrational. Mine is based on experience with her, in a minor fashion, and reading information about her.

I dislike intensely all three major Democratic candidates due to their economic leanings, so I spread my dislike around. She's just been around longer so my dislike for her has grown.

Exactly. "We hold these truths to be self-evident..."

My father is convinced she is going to win the presidency because she made a deal with the devil...

Three words: Universal Health Care.

Call me crazy, but I don't want Uncle Sam to hold the scalpel.

Then H. E. would be correct when he told me that she isn't Satan. But then, it's not too tough to make a deal with yourself in which you benefit.

I can think of no reason to like her.

I don't like her politics. I think she is hideous and has ugly, fat legs, which in and of itself is sinful.

She is a carpetbagger having never really lived in New York. she favors universal health care, the anathema above all anathemas.

If she is not Satan, then she is his spawn. I'd choose Obama over Hillary, and I detest Obama.

Name any reason why a libertarian, conservative economist would want to like that scumbag bitch.
