Oaks or Eyring. Those are the two who President Hinckley has most frequently asked to travel with him, when not being accompanied by Monson and/or Faust.

That's what I was thinking. Historically I think it's probably not common to have the most senior apostles all in the first presidency. I'd be surprised if they didn't pick one of the younger ones.
