would it be considered disrespectful to wear a white suit in the summer? If I ever have enough money to buy a nice white suit, I might try it.

I have always wanted to do that, too, except I would look like a land-locked beluga whale, which is sort of off-putting to the spouse, if you know what I mean.

Maybe if it was seer-sucker or linen it owuld be ok (it would also be off-white, but pretty close).

I think we could probably do better at being more friendly to new people.
