I doubt that.

Yeah she did. Read her posts talking about Romney being a better choice for McCain and being perplexed that the conservative crowd on cougarguard didn't agree.

What I meant was, I doubt she actually "sees the Palins for what they are". That's just so much unnecessary nastiness.

There's no nastiness there. I simply see her for what she is. The McCain camp managed to portray Palin as an outsider, as "one of us," but the truth is that she's just another politician like McCain and Romney and Obama and Hillary and any other. If you prefer to be fleeced, so be it, but don't take your disappointment out on me.

The only fleece that Tex is anticipating is the one he is going to lovingly run his hands through.

Well that's pretty vague. Though all politicians, those four individuals are very different people who operate in vastly different ways. Congratulations on your impressive power of observation, "outing" Palin as a just another politician. In other news, the sky is blue.

Politics is politics, and politicians are driven to varying behaviors based on public perceptions. Perhaps Bristol Palin's fresh conversion to abstinence really is nothing but a Palin family political ploy; I don't know. But the general anti-Palin animus out there is starting to match Bush Derangement Syndrome in excessive cynicism.
