Thai food recipes
I love Thai food. I am thinking of making an attempt at cooking curry. Anyone have a good panang curry recipe? This could be a disaster...

BFM (really it's Mrs. Meanie) and Lebowski are our Thai experts.

This is a great recipe Lebowski once posted. We make it about every other month.

Jeff Lebowski's recipe sounds delish.
We did a makeshift Japanese shabu shabu at our house last week. Sounds like it is time to do a Thai theme in the coming weeks. curry rocks. Sometimes when our next door neighbors from India come over to visit, I can smell it on them and I secretly want to nibble on their arms...they smell so tasty! |

The panang paste is usually a little too hot for my kids' tastes so we don't do it as much as masaman, green, or yellow curry. |
Lebowski, did you end up buying that Quick and Easy Thai book? I recently bought it, and so far have made the shrimp red curry and a couple noodle dishes. Any other recipes you like from that book?
Cali, there are at least a couple threads on Thai food on here. I made something called Laab that BFM recommended, that was an easy and tasty meal. |

That same author just published a Quick and Easy Chinese version. We have a copy but have not tried anything yet. |
