Good Idea or Bad Idea

Is building snowshoes for 13 Wednesdays over 3 or 4 months and then going snowshoeing a good idea or a bad idea for the YM?

I'm worried that that might be too drawn out?

I appreciate your verification. I'm the only one in the YMs oraganization that thinks it's a bad idea. It's nice to know I'm not nuts for thinking taking a fourth of a year to build snow shoes is nuts.
