This profile is the most popular article on the DB right now. Doesn't really go into the Mormon angle all that much.

I don't listen to him on the radio very often...actually I listened to him most before most people knew about him. Back in 2001 and 2002 or so. I never heard him mention anything about Mormonism on air. Not that he hides it, but he certainly doesn't wear it on his sleeve.

Interesting article. The Jim Sumpter guy they quote who sort of bags on Beck has a local show on a small wing-nut talk radio station in Salt Lake. I think it's actually syndicated, but very small...he's not much of a success. From listening to this guy in the radio and hearing his comments, it's clear he's jealous of Beck.

I'm not much of a fan of Beck anymore; his show in the early 00's was much more entertaining.

I thought Sumpter's implicaiton of some unknown Svengali behind Beck was ridiculous.
