Thomas Sowell blows the Sotomayor nomination out of the water...
 

This is an excellent three part column by Sowell that puts Sotomayer's overtly racist comments and racist judicial activism into context. The Obama worshipers in the media and in Democrat Party should take a look at what Sowell has to say and if they have even one tenth of a brain, will agree that the Sotomayor nomination should be crushed right now.

At the same time, it makes any justification of how idiotic her empathy as a judge would be.

Why does he not repeat what she actually said that was racist? I want to know what she said.

She said that a hispanic woman is more likely to make a better legal decision than a white male.

I don't know why I am bothering with this, as it is virtually impossible to have an intelligent discussion with Il Pad, but you should read more (assuming you actually are interested in learning about Sotomayor).
