It's a good idea to check that site every once in a while. A friend of mine has a family story about their 3 yr old daughter that they had ASKED their neigbor to watch for them once or twice. Nothing ever happened to the girl, but the guy's P.O. showed up one day and found him babysitting.

That's not how you want to find out that your neighbor's husband is a convicted sex offender.

i'll admit that a guy was called to a calling, and I looked him up on the registry.

he wasn't there. but he was a disaster in the calling and was soon released.

bishoprics probably ought to be doing it for all youth callings.
