Obama winning good for Romney?
 

I don't know about Romney in particular, but in general this outcome would be good for any Republican considering a 2012 run. The next administration is facing so many problems that success seems implausible at best. The incumbent and his party likely won't have very high favorables.

Lowering expectations already?

I'm not a democrat by any means; I claim unaffiliated status, however I wouldn't have voted for Mitt Romney even if I was being waterboarded.
