Vance Law finally fired

I remember the poster called Indy Coug had a a dozen reasons why it was impossible for BYU to be good at baseball, and that the Vance Law level of achievement was about all that could be expected. I never bought that.

If anyone was ever given the benefit of the doubt, it was him. 13 seasons and no conference title.

I am surprised he produced so poorly. I would have suspected he could have produced a program but instead he reduced the program to nothing. I hope they find some good fireball, either a young up and comer or an established commodity. I don't follow college baseball enough to know who that might be.
