This lady looked stunning in the procession. From Sri Lanka. I said to my wife that there would be people asking about her after tonight. My wife pops onto facebook, and a couple of her friends are talking about how stunning she looked (female friends).

So I googled her, and found that she is one of those women who can look really good, and can also look not so good. Seinfeld-esque.

400 hurdles

twelve medals awarded so far and none to the US.

The US is not faring well thus far in the gold medal department. China should fade a bit. Only so many shooting medals to hand out.

She missed out on a medal if I recall.

they had a weird start to that race. Larsen dove in after the bell, but there had not been a "take your mark". So that probably screwed her up.
