So long AK

What happened to the bubbly Russian we once knew? We once saw a team player endearing himself to the fans and coaches by his willingness to work hard, bounce all over the court and take the cleanup shots. Now we see a whiny, overpaid player unwilling to accept his role and recognize where his talents can help the team. No wonder communism failed.

It's getting worse. What a little puss. It's unfathomable that an individual would walk away from $63 million he would make over the next four years. A fine display of irrational behavior.

Here is why I like this cougar site better than the other one. Here instead of writing a long post explaining the problem with AK, I can write one short sentence that sums up the problem.

AK is the biggest pussy in the NBA, that is his problem.

tell AK he can play on my ward team. I'll pay him $50. He will have to attend sacrament mtg once a month however to remain on the team.

But he won't be relegated to a jump shooter and will be allowed to play the whole game?

The problem with AK is the Jazz can't get trade value, they overpaid him by 16 million by outbidding themselves, and now they won't be able to be more than 60 cents on the dollar for him.

If he just shut the hell up and realized he's not a scorer, not a great on ball defender, and needs to rebound more defensively he might be worth the remaining 63 mil he's owed. As is he isn't worth more than 40.

If AK wants to play in Russia, the Jazz should tell him to accept a buyout for $0 and a clause that he can't play in the NBA for three years afterward.

If I understand right, that means the Jazz free up a ton of cap room, right?
