And they can be added by anyone, even those who have not participated in the thread?

You're to be a lawyer, you should use your education and realize that hoping to be immature or slanderous on the internet can never be anonymous.

If you expect anonymity you are a fool. A subpoena can take care of you real quick.

Okay the obvious clarification is whether they are anonymous to non-administrators, the same way that "non-public response" polls are "anonymous."
