The downtime for Site5 has been spectacular (and not in a good way). Our contract is coming to an end, and will not be renewed.

Praise Jesus. It's about time.

Site5 charged me for another year of hosting after I had canceled my account. Farrah caught it on our credit card statement.

When I contacted them, they said they had changed systems, and some peoples cancellations were not accounted for.

Yeah right. Avoid Site5.com.
