The story sounds strange though. How many guys really cop a feel, kiss a boob and then block the fleeing woman.

It mentions that he was working for BYU Dining Services at the time of the incident, could they have been catering the dance at a BYU facility?

This has some hallmarks of consensual making out and then she blames it on the guy when the parents learn what was happening. Sometimes when it rains, it pours.
