Imagine his resume for his next job.

Well, Mr. Brown, you were FEMA director during Hurricane Katrina?

Yes.

And you're now applying for dog catcher?

Yes.

What are your qualifications?

Well, I did oversee for a brief time the largest natural disaster, and it really was a disaster, so I think I'm qualified.
