How does one find a reputable Credit Counseling Company?

One of the families I home teach is in serious need of one of those companies that reduces credit card %. They currently have 8 lines of credit averaging at 27% - 28% (one that was 29.2%). balance is somewhere around 35k total for all of these.

Mormons tend to stay out of debt. I would ask on Utefans.
