Man found dead in SLC park
 

There is a certain sadness and pathos regarding a (likely) homeless man who dies in a park alone.

But the part that was striking to me was the couple with two daughters handing out free beer to the homeless.

What are the ethics of handing out alcohol in a population with a high prevalence of alcohol and other substance use disorders?

I would never dream of handing out alcohol.
