Jazz trade for Araujo

what think ye Jazz fans? i don't think it's a big deal.. we trade 2 crappy players (hump and whaley, who is also a head case) for a crappy player with potential (maybe).. also cleared a roster spot and got cash

I'm fine with it. Araujo can't do much worse than two guys who never played. I think the change of scenery will help. How much, I have no idea. I always thought he was undersized at his position... but we'll see.

Lingo you think he is undersized but on cougarboard you said he would be able to alter shots....

I think it's a very good trade and I'll tell you why:

a. You get a player who may contribute for a player who would not contribute.

b. You get cash.

c. You free up roster space.

The downsides to the trade are parting with Whaley, and losing a bargaining chip in the form of Hump on draft day.

Either way I'm glad Hump is gone, he was humping a friend of mine and it'll be nice that he won't be around anymore.

Don't worry about that, worry about the fact that you thought that Diop wasn't a shot blocker, and that a 6'10" center with questionable athleticism could alter shots as well as a 7 foot plus center with increased athleticism since losing weight.

I'd be worried about your ability to think, not my ability to read your posts.

Don't worry about that,
Why not? What's going on? Do you have someone telling you what I post on CB?

Yes, why yes I do Johnny.

In fact I find myself so infatuated with you I plead with all of my friends on my friend's list to keep me updated on the things you post. You know the board just isn't the same without your presence.

JohnnyLingo 06-08-2006 10:40 PM

Creepy. Don't your friends find that disturbing?

No, really, what's going on?

Don't submit yourself to any 'good ol snap judgements' you seem to be 'ready to pass judgement' on me and my friends...

JohnnyLingo 06-08-2006 10:44 PM

Lol... you trying to get in my head?

Good one. I'm intimidated now.
