Ed Parker, an LDS and worldwide renown kenpo artist worked out with Bruce stated he was fast and a hard puncher, but still a very slight man. He compliemented Bruce on his work ethic as well as his meshing of styles.

Ed championed American Kenpo until his death.

He was also Hawaiian and a Cougar. His son, Jr., played his father in the movie bio of Bruce Lee, Dragon.

Ed not only championed, he invented American Kenpo. The man was amazing. There are some cool clips of him on youtube.

I'd like to watch but "Dirty Dancing" will be starting in 10 on TBS. "Nobody puts baby in a corner!"

If you are serious about this, it is time to immediately relinquish your man card.
