Anyone know Salchi?
Poor guy, first daughter born today, living in Houston.
There's a good chance he's coming to my house tomorrow to bunk down for a few days, with wife and newborn in tow. I never met him. I always thought he was polynesian for some reason, but I guess not. |
btw, it was only after I told Salchi that we had gameplan that he took me up on my offer. :P

Salchi must be stuck on the freeway. He said he was leaving at 5am. Still haven't heard from him, some 8 hours later. (normally less than 4 hours).

"Houston resident Tim Conklin told CNN that he had been in bumper-to-bumper traffic for 13 hours and had only gotten about 48 miles. He said the drive to Dallas, where his father-in-law lives, usually only takes about four hours. "

man, that has got to be one horrible drive, considering he has a newborn child in the car as well as his wife who is still recovering from giving birth. I only hope he left with a full tank of gas and he doesn't run out :(

Still haven't heard from him. His cell just goes to voice mail.
|
Salchi drove all day and got 20 miles.
The officials that didn't open up the roads earlier are idiots. |
Salchi called about 30 minutes ago, and he's coming to my place. Roads are clearer now apparently.
|
Glad to hear he made it out of Huston but the important...
question is... Will he be able to catch the game?
