After seeing Hoge today, I actually favor him playing over a healthy Mangum. More mobile. I think he can be just as good or better passer (low bar). Mangum had his chance, he blew it. Mangum's upside at this point is minimal.

His mobility is a plus and we don't what his upside is. Tanner seems to have limited upside.

This season is a dumpster fire. Two to three more losses are guaranteed.
