Texas executes serial killer
reading this will make you sick to your stomach. the epitome of evil.
http://abcnews.go.com/US/convicted-s...ry?id=23184667 The last thing on my mind is whether the drug they used to kill him was humane. Very clearly it was humane, he died falling asleep just as intended. I kind of wonder about the lawyer defending this guy. The lawyer was almost certainly working pro bono, or paid by a foundation/charity. And they didn't have any argument about innocence or guilt, just wanted to stop the execution. Presumably through any method possible. Of all the hard-luck cases in the world where someone needs free help from a lawyer--this one is it? "But I'm trying to movie society towards a more humane system where we don't execute persons." I kind of think execution is pretty darn humane for someone like that. And almost certainly someone like him is a risk to kill again, whether inside prison or out. |

The juxtaposition between your posts and George Orwell in the sig is obscene. George Orwell would like to punch you if he were with us.
