I've wondered why this hasn't been tried more. Shot goes up, the 5th guy runs. He's not going to get the rebound anyway. Risk is that there is an offensive rebound and then the offense has an advantage. But most of the time it's going to be a defensive rebound, so the other team is going to have to send someone back to guard that leaker. Making it 4 on 4.
