Canned Salmon
 

I just received a case of this stuff from my uncle who lives in Alaska. Anybody have any suggestions on how to prep it?

mix in mayonaise. Spread on bread. Add pickles to taste.

This method has turned me off of canned tuna forever. Disgusting.

Although it isn't as bad if you use mustard instead of mayo.

Maybe crab cakes, except with salmon?

I have a great salmon casserole recipe. You guys big casserole fans?

I am the same way. I hate tuna fish sandwiches. Sick.

I love getting sashimi, though. Yummy.

Could you imagine eating a nice toro slathered in mayo and pickles?

No you don't.

There's precious little in this world that beats a good tuna fish sandwich, with Ruffles, and a bowl of mom's canned tomatoes (with onions, salt and peppa, and onion salt) on a nice autumn night. With fireflies. And a trampoline. With a mountain view.

There is precious little in this world that sounds less appetizing than that which you just described.
