The two inventions I am most excited about
 

1. Driverless car. Man that would be so great. It would make longer distance travel so much easier and more practical. A 20 hour drive to Provo would still be horrific, but not as bad just sitting in your car sleeping and reading and interneting. It will make the world much smaller.

2. Fusion energy. i.e. cheap energy. We really can't imagine how much in the world would change with cheap energy. It could revolutionize agriculture across the world. Create fresh water. Pump it anywhere. Change bioscapes. Heated greenhouses. The ability to re-engineer the world would be limitless. A green Sahara. End of the 3rd world.
