The future of Dave Rose
 

I find the idea that Dave Rose should be fired or asked to resign to be ridiculous. We are not that kind of program that fires a guy after a 20 win season. We never will be.

Does the team look poorly coached this year? Yes. Is this on Dave Rose? Yes, because he is the boss. But is Dave Rose the reason that this team looks so poorly coached? Harder to answer. There is clearly a huge chemistry problem on this team. Is there a malcontent or two? I don't know. Are there guys who are prioritizing themselves over the team? Probably, but not definitely. Are there some huge weaknesses among these players? Yes.

Is the program hurt by lack of continuity from year to year? I think this year it was in particular. Is this all on Dave Rose? I don't know. Is he forcing guys out? Or are guys exiting for greener pastures? They see that they are not favored by the staff, so they leave.
