Favre wants out of GB

Looks like he's going to play again, just not in Green Bay.

I am sick of Bret Favre. I am never again purchasing Wrangler 5 Star jeans.

I'll bet Aaron Rogers stopped buying them last year.

What is it with this retiring and "un"-retiring fad the last 15 years or so? (Is there such a thing as a 15-year fad?) Is it just to see all these heartwarming memoirs of yourself? Wanna-be living legend?

Very lame. Can't say I didn't see it coming.

Huge egos crave the spotlight. That's why Jordan came out of retirement twice. That's why Malone always threatened to leave Utah. That's why Steve Young wouldn't quit.

That's why Favre refuses to hang it up.

Of course you can't; you always see it coming, right?

Wow, you're in a pissy mood today. It's Friday, bro, be happy!

I remember watching ESPN coverage of the Favre retirement in the company cafe, and most of my co-workers and I watching agreed that we didn't think he was truly done.

I otherwise actually like Favre.

I knew you were going to take it that way. It's just that it was an easy target, and you know how THAT goes.
