Yup. This company ( Site5 ) has been decent for the most part, although there have been numerous outages over the past 1.75 years, but now it is becoming absolutely ridiculous.

I'm investigating and researching migrating to a new host. Contract is up in April, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

while I am reading about recommendations on vbulletin.org and webhostingtalk.com , does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you need money to upgrade?

Hosting Matters. They are the best.

They host my dinky personal site (along with major sites such as Instapundit) and they treat everyone the same regardless of whether or not you are a big fish. I never have downtime, never have issues. I've tried other cheaper hosting companies and I always have problems.

Annette, the owner, is great. She has personally responded to various unique requests I've made for funky DNS changes and other things.

I wonder if there is a divine message in CG being down immediately before the church press conference.

I've already used godaddy for this site. This site has outgrown godaddy.

Then it's a function of the hosting plan you had. GoDaddy hosts some BIG sites. In reality, we may have outgrown shared hosting and need to go to a dedicated server.
