Imagine how high brow you have to be to think that DFW is low brow. Now that is some pretty good elitism!

I'm trying to understand the publisher of that book. Who does he think is the market for it?

Progressive Mormon academics? No wonder they are shilling it on BCC. Trying to target all 20 people in that demographic.
