Cali, there are at least a couple threads on Thai food on here. I made something called Laab that BFM recommended, that was an easy and tasty meal.

I am just now getting into Thai food, so I am a real rookie with this stuff. All I know is that I love panang curry. It is about the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. If all Thai food is that delicious, I may move to Thailand.

Yes we did. We have made a few things. But I must say that the best book BFM recommended is the Quick and Easy Vietnamese. It is awesome.

That same author just published a Quick and Easy Chinese version. We have a copy but have not tried anything yet.
