Sure, they are evil, mean, horrible tyrants, but they do know how to throw a good parade.

How many other parties have you ever seen where someone says, "We will have 100,000 people holding candles and marching in unison"?

If it's a true dictator's party, you forgot to add the two final words in the quote:

"We wil have 100,000 people holding candles and marching in unison, or else!"
