Every so few months I look at Star Valley WY
 
real estate online. For the first time, I noticed that many prices had been cut.

Looks like the national real estate slide has hit them as well. That's good, because that place was/is amazingly overpriced.

Since he was tipping the scale at 360 this past spring as a sophomore. I reckon you are right.
