now the moronic ute fans are criticizing us for having a coaching staff that is too ethnically diverse. Apparently since we're "98%" Caucasian in the student body (which isn't even true), that's what our coaching staff should look like. Someone should post this thread on a Pac 12 site. The thing is, the football team is probably 60% not Caucasian, if not even more than that.

The staff appears on paper to be decent though several of the key cogs have not coached at the level for which they were hired. Given the salary limitations, BYU did as well as might be expected.
