Hating Tex
 

Mex cuisine. I've noticed a trend amongst foodies to engage in Tex-Mex bashing.

I don't get it. I like Tex-Mex. Sure it's not authentic Mexican food, but a good Tex-Mex place always makes for a relaxing lunch.

So Tex-Mex haters, please explain to me why it's so bad.

I agree. It's not as good as Mexican food, but it's not bad either. You know what to expect when going there, so stop whining already and order something.
