A couple things that bummed me out.. besides the final score
 
1. because the game was played in obscurity no one nationally is talking about the game. Think about what happened on saturday... its not like there were tons of good big games..

2. We are through football season and absolutely nothing has happened with the mtn tv deal.... Is this deal ever going to get done? c'mon huge fan base byu....Why can't haddow get this done already??

3. Only bowl games left for football...

Amen. I talk to some guys at church yesterday and many didn't see the game. I'd guess ratings were half what they were when carried on ESPN. The die hards will still find a way to watch the game, but the borderline fans won't.

The thing I don't get about this distribution thing is why does CSTV/MTN try to make money off the satellites for distribution rights. In the old model, distribution was free, and you made money on advertising. Doesn't this still work today?
