what is your favorite nutrition while riding?
I've always used Gu's. But only on rallies, never for training.
I just bought a 12 pack of these. I had a sample once, and liked it better than gels. http://www.performancebike.com/produ...-ORG-FRONT.jpg I've used the snicker energy bars as well as power bars. Snickers melt a bit but they are tasty. |

For rallies, its strawberry-banana or Chocolate outrage GU for carbs. Pretzels or wheat thins for salt.
Weekend or morning rides, I usually just do fruit or granola bars. |
I like cliff bars but only if I have enough water.
