Did Plaisted himself write this?

great IQ
great potential as face up shooter.

His best case and worst case aren't exactly screaming dominant NBA player. You'd think he'd pick different players if he wrote it himself. ;)

Best case = Channing Frye
Worst care = Jason Smith

Personally, if I were TP and were writing it about my game, I would have said best case scenario is Dwight Howard, worst case scenario is Amare Stoudamire.

Either way, I hope he does well. I'd like to see him succeed at the next level.

This is in my opinion is very accurate:

Strengths:

• Size
• Left-handed
• Wingspan
• Ability to run the floor
• Explosiveness
• Nimble footwork
• Skilled w/back to the basket
• Versatile post game
• Excellent Touch
• Hands
• Passing ability
• Lateral quickness
• Upside

Weaknesses:

• Strength
• Finishing through contact
• Face-up skills
• Free throw shooting
• Tough enough to bang in the paint?
• Defensive potential (4 or 5?)
• Consistency
• Mental toughness
• Relatively unproven

Can't finish at the rim with dunks unless completely alone--doesn't have the explosion. His jumping is like watchign a Zeppelin take off. Can't get on the block. Doesn't have a good face up game. Very mediocre defender.

I think he's a 2nd rounder at best, and best case scenario is off-the-bench like Jarron Collins.

Jarron Collins is a better rebounder and defender than Trent.

Kind of like when Bogut was drawing comparisons to Buck Williams coming out of college...it's just a little underwhelming.

Jason Smith played in a few Philly playoff games this year.

Is it official news that TP has hired an agent?

ESPN reported that he hired Mark Bartlestein.
