CB is a mess

Maybe it's because election day is approaching, but the political discussions over there have spiraled into chaos. Just a bunch of nonsensical shouting with the same tired old cliches, stereotypes, and strawmen. Blech!

One good thing about this is that perhaps Kerry will now abandon any plans for running for president again.

Heretical as I feel saying this, I hope the Kerry statements will help push the country toward keeping the Republicans in charge of all branches. I am more than willing to trade two more years for a good shot at a new president. I would hate to see how an obstructionist chamber would be spun.

Actually the political category has been peaceful since I ignored Snipe and Tex.
