What is the most arduous sporting, athletic event that you have participated in?

Why did you select that?

Would you or have you done it again?

What parts did you enjoy and what parts did you not enoy?

Are there events you anticipate trying?

I've done two marathons. I would do more, but I have had too many problems with my knees and I am destined for arthritis at an early age.

Switch to cycling to eliminate knee problems. Simple, problem solved.

Golf.

Yes and Yes.

I love getting the ball in the hole and hitting it long and straight. I hate hitting my ball out of bounds or in the water.

I just play for fun.

Seriously though, I'd like to hear more about your triathalon events and training...

I like spin class, but here's a confession for you. I am afraid of riding a bike. You know that old saying, "you never forget how to ride a bike." Well, I did. I was on a bike a couple of years ago for the first time in forever and I just knew I was going to get hit by a car. I felt wobbly and uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get off. There, now you all know my deep, dark secret.

If I didn't have bad knees and if I could overcome my fear of biking, I would love to do a triathlon.

Do it again. No excuses. It's easy. I have the worst balance in the world but it's improving.

I did a 50 mile run walk for three years when I was 11, 12, 13. I was very sore afterward.

For Farrah, it sure was. She did all the work.
