My biggest gripe about going to games at the MC. . .

I'm all for filling the arena, but how old should your children be before you bring them to basketball games. It seems like every game I've been to this year I've had some 5 year-year-old sitting directly behind me, kicking the back of my seat for two straight hours. Tonight was the worst. I had empty seats on both sides of me and 3 kids behind me. Not only was my seat being kicked all night, but the seats next to me were also being kicked. I'm not sure of the proper protocol for addressing this situation. Do I turn around and glare at the kids, or do I just double up on my Xanax before the game and take it in stride?

You sit during the games?

There are always plenty of bench seats if it bothers you too much.

Then again, it's always a little weird when 50 year olds go sit with the students. Therefore, my recommendation to you would be to use them as sacrificial victims in order to placate the gods of BYU sports. We've had a bad relationship with them as of late.

I dont think you should bring your kids to games until they

are old enough to know a game is actually being played, whatever age that is. I think it varies for a lot of kids, i have a 6 year old nephew that I would not bring to a game because he has no idea about sports, but his 4 year old brother can sit and watch a whole football game and not get up once.

Would you sit through a 2 hour flight like that?

Hell no! At least I know I wouldn't. Turn around give them a dirty look. If that doesn't work, then tell the parents to keep their kids under control.
