Sorry.
Running is fun and can be done quite easily but cycling and running slow each other down. Running slows your power and speed in cycling with the opposite result also being true.
For example, before I added cycling, I could run 6 minute plus miles without too much difficulty, now, it's quite difficult for me to do more than four or five, unless I really bear down on the running intervals and tempo runs. I also lag in crit rides, easily being dropped because my top speed isn't there.
