I got my first taste of real wind this morning. We usually go running in a heavily wooded area that serves as a good wind break. But this morning, due to my running partners wussing out, I went solo around my house where there are no hills and no trees. I did just over 5 miles, but I was completely wiped out. Plus, I've been sporting a nice little headache all day from it. I'm glad I don't have to exercise outdoors in Southern Idaho.
