From Geneva Switzerland:
1. Lardon Truc - Fry lardons (cubed bacon), then add creme fraiche (kinda like sour cream, but not sour). Poor over fresh pasta.
2. Kebabs from the local shop with fries on tope
3. Raclette (Specially melted cheese over ham, potatoes, pickles, etc) - Nothing better than Tuesday night Raclette followed by a game of Risk that extended into P-day on Wednesday.
