Someday when I own a house that I don't plan to sell within three years, I will be able to indulge my desire to shape and conquer earth (obviously on the limited backyard scale).

I love building stuff in the yard. I've layed a few stone patios, built a couple of decks, built raised garden beds, planted trees...

Someday I will have the back yard of my dreams. The one I've got now is pretty cool but I can't dump any $$ into it to make it "perfect" because I'll get nothing for it on the resale.
