Open face Meatball Sandwiches
a bunch of frozen meatballs (I like the cheap ones from Smart & Final, but the ones from Costco are good as well)
Almost cover the meatballs with spaghetti sauce
let simmer till the meatballs are hot
Serve over open hogie rolls, add shredded mozrella cheese and parmesean
Had this the other night. Great for start to eating in 20 minutes
