I can't imagine for the life of me what would get the separated partner (who in all likelihood isn't living in the same household) put into MLS. Odds are that someone who didn't reveal this relationship up front would have some measure of disciplinary action taken against them which would include at the bare minimum a legal dissolution of the relationship.
