I think you can get any car converted to NG.
Not sure how it would take to pay for itself. Its popular with fleet vehicles here (Oklahoma), but subject to the same refueling issues (current lack of infrastructure for convenient refueling away from home/fleet site). I think the max range is also shorter than a full tank of gasoline. And, of course then you are at the mercy of the price of nat gas.
